A great benefit of being a member is the Babysitting Co-op in which members of our chapter may join to trade points for babysitting! You can request a sitter and sit for other members of the co-op even on weekends and at night! We use an online website, www.babysitterexchange.com to keep track of members and points. If you need a sitter you enter the day and time needed. The website then sends an email to everyone in your group that you need a sitter. Members reply if they are available and you pick the sitter.
Participation in the babysitting co-op is voluntary. Members of the co-op must complete a self home safety checklist and have received CPR and first aid training prior to admittance in the co-op. (Training materials are available if needed.)
